Vilkår og betingelser
Leiebilen leveres med full tank, ren ut og innvendig, og returneres ved vårt kontor, om ikke annet er avtalt.
Leiepriser er oftest inkl avtalt KM. Er avtalen uten avtalt km, faktureres KM etterskuddsvis kroner 3,90 pr. km + mva
Ved ulykke eller skade som skyldes leietaker, kan det faktureres inntil kr.15 000,- i egenandel til forsikring. Fartsbøter og parkeringsbøter faktureres etterskuddsvis kunden med kr.500,- i fakturagebyr. Bilene har full kasko hos våre forsikringsselskap.
Ved langtidsleie / bedriftsavtale, har bruker av bilen ansvar for ettersyn av olje, kjølevæske, spylervæske og viskere, samt lys. Dette er forbruksmateriell, og inngår ikke i leieprisen av bilen, om leieavtalen er over 3 uker. Det forventes at ansvarlig bruker rengjør regelmessig. I perioder med salting av veg, skal bilen kjøres i vaskemaskin minst to ganger månedlig. Lufttrykk i dekkene sjekkes regelmessig. Utstyr som er montert på og følger bilen ved mottak, er leietakers ansvar. Bortkommet eller ødelagt utstyr erstattes av leietaker.
Returneres ikke bilen til avtalt tid, og leietaker ikke blir tilgjengelig via telefon el andre medier ila 6 timer etter avtalen utløper, kan bilen etterlyses. Er bilen ikke levert og forklaring/avtale er gjort etter 12 timer, blir bilen meldt stjålet til Politiet, og det iverksettes søk/etterforskning. Kostnadene med dette tilfaller leietaker.
Blir leiebil brukt til kriminelle handlinger, kjørt i beruset tilstand eller på uansvarlig vis, slik at skade oppstår, vil leietaker i sin helhet stå ansvarlig økonomisk for dette.
Betaling for bilen skjer, enten ved innbetaling til konto nr. 3626.28.52096, Bookbil AS før henting, eller kontant ved henting av bil.
Bedriftsavtaler faktureres etter nærmere avtale.
Alle leieforhold mellom Bookbil As og private leietakere fordrer i utgangspunktet et depositum på kr. 2000,- som innbetales før henting eller kontant med henting av leiebilen.
NB! Du kan nå betale både depositum og leie med VIPPS ved henting av bil!
